Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on the pilwin platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether or not under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
pilwin is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documents required include a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a UMID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. pilwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pilwin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to an Account resulting from the Player's failure to protect their credentials. pilwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. pilwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
The minimum deposit at pilwin is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day; these limits are available in the Account settings. Players seeking to increase their transaction limits may do so by completing enhanced KYC verification.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed and credited to the Player's Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. Card deposits are processed within 5 minutes. pilwin is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. All withdrawals are subject to pilwin's fraud prevention and AML checks. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. pilwin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of any compliance check.
In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit to the Account. pilwin reserves the right to require withdrawal via any specified method where necessary for compliance purposes.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. pilwin may charge a monthly administration fee on dormant Account balances after providing thirty (30) days' notice to the Player's registered contact details. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting pilwin support and completing any required re-verification.
pilwin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these General Bonus Terms.
Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, after which any remaining bonus credits and associated winnings will be removed.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, including Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and WM Live tables, typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Gambling involves risk, and Players may lose money. pilwin does not guarantee that any particular game will produce a winning outcome for any Player. All wagering on pilwin is conducted at the Player's sole risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pilwin shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; or any losses arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the pilwin platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
pilwin endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers. pilwin shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability.
Games on the pilwin platform are provided by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, WM Live, and others. pilwin is not responsible for any defects, errors, or failures in third-party game software beyond the platform's reasonable control.
pilwin reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity; identity fraud; bonus abuse; money laundering; or any other conduct that pilwin determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, pilwin may permanently close the Account. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, any Account balance may be forfeited. Where closure results from a legitimate regulatory requirement, the Player will be notified accordingly.
Players may close their pilwin Account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees or unmet wagering requirements on bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the pilwin platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication via pilwin's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For disputes involving amounts below a threshold that qualifies for small claims court proceedings under applicable Philippine law, the Player may elect to initiate small claims proceedings as an alternative to formal litigation.
pilwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting changes — take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice to Players.
Material amendments — including changes to Player rights, fee structures, withdrawal policies, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered Players via SMS or email to the registered contact details on file, not less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page. Continued use of the pilwin platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
